Use a wallet or exchange you trust
Use a crypto wallet or app you are comfortable with, such as Coinbase Wallet, Phantom, Trust Wallet, Cash App, Venmo where available, or another trusted wallet/exchange.
This guide walks through the crypto funding process for BetHouse: choosing the right coin, matching the network, sending from your wallet, saving your transaction ID, and requesting crypto payouts through the Cashier.
Deposit Steps
The goal is simple: copy the deposit details from BetHouse, send from your wallet or exchange, then wait for the transaction to confirm and credit.
Use a crypto wallet or app you are comfortable with, such as Coinbase Wallet, Phantom, Trust Wallet, Cash App, Venmo where available, or another trusted wallet/exchange.
Choose one of the crypto options shown in the BetHouse Cashier. Keep enough available for the deposit amount and any network or transaction fee.
Log in, go to your account, open the Cashier, choose Deposit, select your crypto, enter the amount when required, and copy the deposit address.
Open your wallet, choose the same crypto and network shown in the Cashier, paste the copied address, confirm the amount, and send the transaction.
After sending, save the transaction ID or hash. This helps support locate the transfer if you have a question before the deposit is credited.
Before You Send
If the Cashier shows USDT on TRC20/TRON, do not send USDT on a different network. Crypto sent to the wrong network or address may be delayed or lost.
To request a crypto payout, open the Cashier, choose Withdraw, select the crypto option available to your account, and submit the wallet details requested.
Support Tips
If you contact support about a deposit or payout, include the details that help the team find the transaction faster.
Include your BetHouse username, coin, network, amount, wallet address used, transaction ID, and the time you sent it.
A transaction ID, sometimes called a hash, is the tracking number for your crypto transfer on the blockchain.
Crypto transfers usually cannot be reversed once sent, which is why checking the coin, network, address, and amount matters.
Use only the coins and networks shown inside your Cashier. When in doubt, ask support before sending.
If you are new to crypto or unsure which network to use, contact BetHouse support before sending funds. It is better to check first than try to fix a wrong transfer after.
